Well Established Company Salary $3000 - $4,000 basic + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Ubi Working day: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday) Working hours: 8:30am - 6.00pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm (alternate Saturday) Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support and repair guidance to dealership workshops. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues on-site, working closely with workshop teams. Submit technical cases to the manufacturer and follow up on repair solutions. Conduct technical training and coaching for workshop staff. Monitor and analyze vehicle repair data to identify recurring issues and support problem resolution. Drive continuous improvements in technical service and repair processes. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with internal departments on technical projects and initiatives. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma in Automotive engineering or similar discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred.
