MNC (Woodlands) Company Transport Provided Basic: $4800 to $7000 + AWS + VB Excellent Benefits + Career Progression Process Manufacturing Plant Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities of Warehouse (Approve shift schedule for warehouse or packing plant plan submitted by supervisor) Department cost saving monitoring Troubleshooting of Warehouse process and initiate and recommend for process improvement activities Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm Coordinate with Maintenance Department to plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities & major equipment calibration Re-verify plant integrity after maintenance of equipment Manage and liaise with internal and external contractors Prepare a monthly summary of all activities in the plant (including in-house contractor cost) Issue and approve permits to work systems Perform plant safety inspection to ensure the safety in the warehouse opetions Conduct training to operational staff as per departments training program Ensure department operation comply to NEA, AVA and Safety regulation Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000 and HACCP Management Systems Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established, implemented, monitored, communicated and documented according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department Head Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations environment Candidates from edible oil, food manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, or process plant industries are preferred Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, manpower planning, and process improvement Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Cur…
