Service Project Engineer (BMS / M&E – Training Provided)

Basic $3400 - $5000 + Variable Bonus + Allowances Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: West Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) Training Provided Job Responsibilities: Plan and schedule preventive maintenanceactivities. Coordinate subcontractors and manpower formaintenance and servicing works. Supervise subcontractors and monitor workprogress at customer sites. Liaise with customers, suppliers andfacility-management teams. Support routine system checks, troubleshooting and system improvement works. Assist in resolving technical and operational issues. Prepare service reports and maintain servicing records. Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Follow up on maintenance issues until completion. Attend site meetings when required. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, BuildingServices Engineering or a related discipline. Candidates without relevant working experienceare welcome to apply; training will be provided. Strong communication, coordination andnegotiation skills. Proactive, responsible and able to workindependently. Comfortable working at active construction and maintenance sites, which may be dusty. Basic knowledge of BMS, PLC or HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.
