Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Construction - Training Provided

Construction- Main Con Basic $3200 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: East Working hours: Normal Working Hours 5 days’ work week Job Responsibilities: Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers during tendering. Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimations for projects. Evaluate quotations and prepare costing comparisons for tender submissions. Assist in preparing subcontract documents and procurement schedules. Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters. Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and project cost reports. Monitor project costs and maintain project records and documentation. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on project-related matters. Assist in preparing monthly reports and project cost summaries. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Relevant experience in quantity surveying, tendering, estimation, procurement, or construction projects will be advantageous.
