Project Engineer (Building Management System / BMS)

Well Established Company Basic $ 4,000 to $ 6,000 + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career Progression Working location: Jurong East MRT (Walking distance) Working Days: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm) Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and execute BMS projects from design through testing and commissioning. Review project specifications, drawings and technical requirements. Prepare system design, control schematics, points lists, equipment selections and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project schedules, costs, material deliveries and site progress. Supervise installation works and ensure compliance with project and safety requirements. Carry out testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and system handover. Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates. Prepare method statements, testing reports, operation manuals and as-built documentation. Provide technical support and resolve project-related issues. Job Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Building Services Engineering. Experience in BMS, ACMV controls, building automation or M&E projects is preferred. Knowledge of control systems, electrical drawings, sensors, actuators or communication protocols is advantageous. Candidates with experience in data centre, hospital or commercial building projects will have an advantage.
