M&E Project Engineer ($3500 / Project Based Location)

• Well Established Company • Salary range: $3500 - $4500 • Working hours: Normal Working Hours • Working location: Ang Mo Kio / Project based • Excellent Benefits and Bonuses Job Scope Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project works to ensure timely and smooth execution Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities; proactively identify and resolve technical and site issues Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper coordination of M&E services Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, variation orders, and relevant project documentation; follow up on certifications and payments Monitor project progress to ensure works are completed within schedule and budget Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems in accordance with project specifications Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety requirements Promote and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards on site Coordinate closely with subcontractors and their safety personnel on all safety-related matters Ensure proper documentation and timely handover of completed works to management or client Requirement Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
