Senior / Cybersecurity Engineer (Risk Assessment & Vapt)

Well Established Company (System Integrator) Basic $4000 to $6000 + AWS + VB Working location: Northeast Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) Job Responsibilities: Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and security reviews Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT) activities Implement cybersecurity controls and security hardening measures Assist in monitoring and investigating security events and incidents Support compliance initiatives based on cybersecurity standards and best practices Configure and support firewalls, network security devices and related technologies Assist in developing cybersecurity documentation, policies and procedures Participate in project implementation and cybersecurity-related activities Prepare technical documentation and reports Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related discipline Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Experience in cybersecurity risk assessment, vulnerability assessment or security hardening Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems Understanding of TCP/IP networking, switches and firewalls Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST, CIS or similar frameworks is advantageous Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISA, CCNA or related certifications will be an advantage Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
