Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions, with a focus on carpet/interior materials and project requirements. Liaise with clients regarding project details, design concepts, and technical requirements. Prepare and follow up on quotations and product samples. Coordinate payment follow-ups and attend accounts-related discussions as needed.
