About this role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Operations Specialist to manage content, grow online communities, and strengthen brand presence across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities Manage and operate social media accounts across platforms including X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content. Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on audience engagement and growth data. Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to increase user activity and retention. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns. Track industry trends and identify content opportunities. Support online events, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, media partners, and online communities. Requirements Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Minimum 1 year of experience in social media operations, content marketing, community management, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience growth tactics. Experience using social media management and analytics tools. Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with short-form content creation and social media trends. Strong sense of ownership, execution ability, and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong interest in AI, technology, startups, or digital innovation. Experience growing social media accounts from zero to scale. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, or similar platforms. Experience working with creators, influencers, or online communities.
