Head Of Strategic Implementation

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Implementation to lead enterprise-wide strategic change and deliver critical initiatives that shape the future of our asset management business. This role is responsible for driving the execution of strategic priorities by translating high-level strategy into actionable programmes. This will require the individual to champion disciplined delivery while fostering a culture of innovation, high performance and risk management. The successful candidate will enable cross-functional collaboration and build strong stakeholder alignment to achieve measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across strategy, finance, project management and organisational change. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership in managing complex transformation programmes, collaborating across business, operations and technology, and governance functions to ensure the effective integration of new capabilities. 1. Strategy Execution & Transformation Partner with the Strategy and M&A team (and Executive Management Committee) totranslate strategic priorities into actionable deliverables within clear programme roadmapsincluding defining and tracking milestones, KPIs and financial costs/benefits. Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives to ensure enterpriseobjectives and regulatory requirements are met. Drive execution across multiple, interdependent workstreams including but not limited tobusiness (distribution, investments, product) enterprise infrastructure (technology,operations, data) and governance functions (human resources, finance, risk) 2.
