Join our newest pre-opening concept in Dempsey Hill as our next Guest Relations Executive. Inspired by contemporary Asian dining and rooted in premium Chinese ingredients, this casual upscale destination offers an immersive dining experience surrounded by lush greenery, with thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces where exceptional hospitality and memorable moments come together. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a key role in creating a warm and personalised guest experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and excellence in service. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Create memorable first and lasting impressions by delivering personalised guest experiences. Manage guest arrivals, reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to ensure smooth service flow. Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs. Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally while ensuring timely resolution. Work closely with the service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, beverage offerings, concept, and seasonal initiatives. Assist in managing reservations, table allocations, VIP arrangements, and special occasions. Support service operations during peak periods to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house teams. Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management to continuously improve service standards. Assist with guest recovery initiatives and follow up on feedback to strengthen guest loyalty. Support pre-opening activities including guest experience planning, service training, reservation setup, and opening preparations. Represent the brand values and uphold the hospitality standards expected of Ebb & Flow Group. We’re Looking for Someone Who Has proven experience in guest relations, front-of-house, reservations, or hospitality roles within premium restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle dining concepts. Experienced in 7rooms, Inline, and other reservations systems Computer literate able to use Ms office Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests. Has a warm, polished, and professional presence with strong attention to detail. Is passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences and delivering exceptional hospitality. Has pre-opening experience or experience in launching new concepts will be an advantage.
