Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate deliveries, and support our growing team to ensure smooth production and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational and production targets Monitor work quality and enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs Schedule, coordinate, and arrange daily deliveries to ensure timely customer order fulfilment Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to manage delivery schedules and operational issues Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement to support daily operations Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records for management review Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency Perform delivery duties during manpower shortages or urgent operational needs Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
