Here’s what we’re looking for: Requirements L2 Certification in Early Childhood Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience with upper levels (N2–K2) Energetic, active, and engaged when working with children Strong classroom facilitation skills —you know how to guide, support, and create meaningful learning moments Naturally inspiring —you bring out confidence, curiosity, and joy in your students Adaptable and easygoing , able to adjust smoothly to the flow of the day Comfortable improvising and problem-solving on the go Able to craft, refine, and improve lesson plans or curriculum Open to a full-time role as a steady, valued part of our EC STEM Family English and Chinese speaking both need.
