Interior Sales Designer Manager

1. Sales & Business Development Lead the sales team in handling client enquiries and closing renovation projects Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build strong relationships with high-value clients and key accounts 2. Project & Operations Coordination Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Ensure smooth workflow from sales handover to project completion Resolve client issues and escalations professionally Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in Interior Sales Design / Renovation Industry Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and costing Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (to liaise with bilingual customers) Able to manage multiple projects and team priorities Passionate about interior design and customer service
