ECCO Shoes Singapore is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Permanent Part-Time Sales Associates . If you’re passionate about footwear and love creating meaningful retail experiences, we’d love to meet you! Hourly Rate: $12.50 Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions Understand and assess customer needs using effective questioning and listening techniques Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and strong selling skills Recommend the right ECCO shoes tailored to customers’ preferences and needs Advise customers on the proper care and maintenance of ECCO products Handle sales transactions smoothly and close sales to customers' satisfaction Assist with customer feedback, returns, and after-sales service Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge Maintain high visual merchandising standards at all times Set up attractive product displays and assist with promotional events or booths Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory Handle stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records What We’re Looking For: Passion for retail and footwear Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the team Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required If you’re ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact, apply now and become part of ECCO!
