Welcome customers and deliver friendly, attentive service. Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs. Arrange and display products according to brand guidelines. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Support with retail operations, stock replenishment, inventory management and housekeeping. Collaborate with your team to create a positive and engaging shopping experience. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Retail/customer service experience preferred. Able to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented. Interest in Korean culture or lifestyle products is a plus
