About this role
We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the company's accounting functions and support our finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts independently (AR / AP / GL) Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns Generate customer invoices and process vendor payments Send monthly statements of accounts to customers Maintain the fixed asset register and monthly depreciation Prepare accurate monthly financial and management reports Provide general administrative support Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Knowledge of GST and full-set accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently Good communication and organizational skills
