What You'll Do Deliver Person-Centred Rehabilitation Provide comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation for residents with: Frailty Stroke Dementia Parkinson's disease Orthopaedic conditions General functional decline Develop personalised intervention plans that maximise independence, mobility, participation and quality of life. Make Rehabilitation Meaningful We believe rehabilitation should never become repetitive. You'll have the opportunity to: Design engaging individual and group interventions. Use meaningful everyday activities as part of therapy. Incorporate music, games, functional tasks and recreational activities where appropriate. Encourage participation, confidence and enjoyment—not simply exercise completion. Support Residents Living with Dementia Help residents continue doing what matters most through dementia-sensitive rehabilitation. Use person-centred approaches that: Preserve dignity and identity. Encourage independence. Reduce disability through environmental adaptation and meaningful engagement. Promote emotional well-being alongside physical recovery. Work Beyond the Therapy Gym Rehabilitation doesn't stop when the therapy session ends. Work closely with: Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists Therapy Assistants Programme Coordinators Nursing Social Services to integrate rehabilitation into everyday care and create opportunities for residents to remain active throughout the day. What We're Looking For Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy. Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore. Around 3–4 years of clinical experience. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, neurology, dementia or community care is an advantage. Positive, adaptable and collaborative. Passionate about helping older adults achieve meaningful outcomes. Someone who believes rehabilitation should be engaging, functional and person-centred.
