Residence Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, sales, and front office functions Lead and manage the team to ensure consistent delivery of high service standards Actively drive sales through corporate outreach, including cold calling, client visits, and relationship building Identify and develop new corporate accounts to increase occupancy and revenue Liaise with vendors, contractors, and corporate clients to ensure smooth operations and partnerships Respond to booking inquiries, confirm reservations, prepare contracts, and issue payment for booking confirmations Prepare and manage arrivals and departures arrangements Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory controls to ensure operational efficiency Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and fully operational at all times Conduct regular inspections of apartments, public areas, and facilities Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance issues, guest feedback, and operational KPIs Requirements: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in serviced apartments or hospitality Experience in sales, corporate account management, or business development is highly preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs) and inventory management systems Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
