Residence Officer Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium Comply with company’s quality assurance standards and expectations Provide a high level of service to residents at all times Attend to residents’ requests/enquiries/feedback Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium’s facilities and services Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times Requirements: SHATEC or GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge Friendly and passionate to serve with customer-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition Team player Able to perform shift work ( no mid-night shift ) Join us to develop your passion and enjoy a fulfilling career full of varied experiences.
