Lead the digitalization of manufacturing processes across Singapore sites to enhance efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Manage end-to-end program execution, including scope, cost, and schedule, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects. PMP and CSM certifications are preferred, along with experience in GxP processes and matrixed environments.
