EIGHT CAPITAL ADVISORS is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Associate to support the management of investment portfolios within our family office. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills, a keen understanding of financial markets, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Portfolio Management Support the construction, monitoring, and optimization of investment portfolios to meet client objectives. Assist in developing, executing, and reviewing investment strategies aligned with market conditions and risk tolerance. Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to enhance returns and manage risks. Investment Research & Analysis Conduct financial modeling and company valuation to inform investment decisions. Analyze market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities across asset classes. Prepare clear and comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and performance reviews for management and clients. Operations & Compliance Provide middle-office support including managing investment documentation and processing transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to safeguard investments. Maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency across all investment activities. Market Intelligence Monitor financial markets and deliver timely market updates to inform investment decisions. Identify emerging investment opportunities and potential risks to support proactive portfolio management. Conduct competitor and industry analysis to aid strategic decision-making. Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
