JOB HIGHLIGHTS Only for Singaporeans or Permanent Residents applicants Possess valid food hygiene certificate 44 hours a week, 5 working days a week JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure proper cleaning of dishes and cutleries as well asassist with other tasks in the kitchen. Primary duties include collecting andproper sanitizing of dishes, glasses, and cutlery, helping with foodpreparation and keeping the kitchen clean. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver and Manage Food Standard and Quality RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to the Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures. Ensure food is prepared and cooked with the same level of quality and consistency. Ensure proper labeling of food items after preparation. Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products. Adhere to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines and ensure that the kitchen is well kept and maintained at all times. Upkeep and maintain Cleanliness of the Kitchen Ensure the kitchen is well-cleaned and maintained at all times.
