Site Supervisor (Electrical - Industrial)

Job Summary You will support and coordinate M&E engineering projects by reading schematic diagrams, supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and assisting project managers to keep work on schedule. Responsibilities Read and interpret M&E and ELV schematic diagrams to guide project execution Support project teams in planning, scheduling, and coordinating M&E site works to meet deadlines Coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects and maintain accurate documentation Understand M&E designs and contract specifications to ensure compliance Perform quality control checks and report regularly on project progress and status Supervise daily work activities, including subcontractors, to enforce job site safety policies and procedures Comply with all relevant guidelines, permits, safety regulations, and deliver required technical documentation Ensure adherence to health, safety (QHS), and sustainability policies and legislation on site Verify technical designs and drawings for accuracy and correct implementation Ensure installation works follow approved shop drawings, method statements, project specifications, and standards to meet quality requirements Assist Project, Site, or Construction Managers in monitoring and maintaining project progress within schedule Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Required competencies and certifications GCE O-Level or equivalent in M&E Engineering or relevant field Minimum 3-4 years of experience in M&E projects and site management within the local construction industry Proficient in MS Office applications Experience in Data Centre projects will be an advantages Ability to work effectively under tight schedules in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards Other Information Please send your resume in WORD or PDF format to recruitment@einser.com.sg Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
