Mechanical Engineer

1. Design and coordinate (M&E) building services to meet project standards. 2. Consult with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals ensure full compliance with statutory and project requirements. 3. Prepare detailed tender drawings and cost estimation. 4. Review shop drawings and technical specifications. 5. Monitor project progress and ensure smooth implementation of project. 6. Attend / conduct project meeting, site supervision and inspection carried out to the systems by contractors. 7. Management contract administration. 8. Coordinate and attend site inspections with clients upon project completion.
