As part of the mission, the Quality Test Technician will be supporting EE Test Engineering in troubleshooting and repair activities on ESI PCBA/Control units. Principal Responsibilities : Follow test procedures and perform PCBA functional testing and measurements using electronic test and measurement equipment. Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, optomechanical, and electromechanical components required for testing and validation activities. Analyze and compile test data and prepare technical test reports for engineering review and validation. Implement and maintain 6S standards for electronic test equipment and visual inspection systems at EE functional test stations. Manage and maintain test and measurement equipment, coordinating with the Quality team to ensure timely annual calibration. Support engineers in PCBA hardware troubleshooting, circuit debugging, and rework activities. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support project and production requirements. Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and responsibility in achieving production targets and output goals. Qualifications & Requirements: Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Good understanding of analog and digital electronics, including relevant testing and measurement techniques. Proficient in soldering, desoldering, and component replacement on PCBAs and printed circuit boards. Hands-on experience in PCBA testing and measurement using equipment such as DC power supplies, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, RF power meters, and spectrum analyzers. Able to work independently upon completion of required training. Effective communicator with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and escalate work-related issues when necessary. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities while continuously developing new skills. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail. Willing to work overtime, including weekends, when required. Willing to work night shifts or rotating shifts as needed. Prior experience in similar electronics testing or production environment will be an advantage.
