Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction. Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy. Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a board of directors. Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization. Overseeing the complete operation of an organization. Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company. Ensure that the company continues to make profits and grow investors’ wealth. Requirements: Bachelor Degree and above in any field. At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Management roles. Have good knowledge about import and export processes. High level of business awareness and acumen. Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management. Excellent Leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
