Job Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of assigned centres, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with operational standards Coordinate with stakeholders on cleanliness, maintenance, safety, pest control, and improvement works Conduct site inspections and checks to ensure compliance with tenancy and operational requirements Process tenancy-related matters, including applications, transfers, assignments, and administrative requests Handle rental-related administration and maintain accurate records and documentation Manage feedback, enquiries, and appeals from stakeholders and members of the public in a timely and professional manner Support the implementation and monitoring of operational policies, programmes, and initiatives Prepare reports, conduct follow-ups, and provide administrative support for operational matters Participate in stakeholder engagements, site visits, and ad-hoc projects as assigned Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, or related disciplines Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Independent, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Team player with good interpersonal and coordination abilities Comfortable conducting site visits and engaging with various stakeholders Able to work beyond office hours or on weekends when operationally required Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
