Key Responsibilities (Job Scope): As a Marketing Executive , you will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence across digital platforms while promoting our e-commerce products and landscaping services through creative, strategic, and data-driven marketing initiatives. Content Creation & Video Production Plan, produce, and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, showcasing our sustainable gardening products (e.g., soil, fertilizers, and seeds) as well as landscaping projects and transformations. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic, generate quality leads, and improve e-commerce conversion performance. E-Commerce & Website Management Maintain and update the company website and online marketplace stores (Shopee and Lazada), optimize product listings, and execute seasonal promotional campaigns to maximize online sales. Social Media & Content Marketing Manage daily social media activities, create compelling copy for posts and blogs, share gardening tips and industry insights, and actively engage with the online community to strengthen brand awareness and customer relationships. Team Collaboration & Leadership Supervise and mentor two Marketing Interns, providing guidance, support, and feedback while fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-driven team environment. Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or content creation (Prior experience in Video Editing / Content Creation OR Google SEM is highly preferred). Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and understanding of Google Ads dashboard.
