Job Responsibilities Provide administrative, operational, finance, and system support to ensure smooth daily business operations Process and verify subcontractor payments, working closely with the Finance team to resolve payment-related matters Maintain data accuracy and user access within internal systems, and coordinate with IT to resolve system issues Support the preparation and submission of tenders, contracts, and related documentation Assist in budget preparation, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and variance analysis Coordinate with internal stakeholders on billing, invoicing, and finance-related enquiries Conduct onboarding and refresher training for operational staff on internal systems and applications Review and improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery Maintain accurate records, monitor project timelines, and provide general business support for operational initiatives Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business support, operations, administration, or a similar role Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Good communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with business or transport management systems is an advantage Meticulous, analytical, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in the transportation or logistics industry will be an advantage Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
