Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, conversions, re-employment, and offboarding activities Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, employee screening, offer preparation, and onboarding documentation Conduct post-employment screening follow-ups and highlight findings to relevant stakeholders where necessary Administer work pass applications, renewals, and related employment matters Support regulatory and employee-related notification processes where applicable Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates within HR systems Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee documentation in accordance with company policies Respond promptly to employee and stakeholder enquiries while providing a high level of HR support Assist with employment verification and reference check processes Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 2–3 years of HR operations or employee lifecycle management experience Experience within the banking, financial services industry and/or exposure to Workday is an advantage Strong understanding of HR administration, onboarding, employee records management, and employment-related processes Meticulous, organised, and able to manage high-volume work with accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proactive, service-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable adapting to new technologies, systems, and evolving HR processes Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to p…
