Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Responsibilities Conduct daily mechanical and electrical works site inspection to ensure all works comply fully with the regulatory and client's requirements Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality and safety assurance system Keep accurate and detailed site records Requirements Accredited RTO(M&E) with IES Possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 10 years post tertiary experience, of which 2 years must be in the supervision of Commercial/Residential/Healthcare/Infrastructure projects Experience in installations, testing & commissioning of major electrical/Mechanical systems Good supervisory and co-ordination skills Kindly indicate your current and expected salary in your CV.
