Procurement Executive

🚀 We're Hiring: Procurement Executive Emaris Shipping Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based ship management company, is looking for a Procurement Executive to join our growing team. About the Role You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing maritime equipment, spare parts, and supplies across our fleet. This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery to support vessel operations. Key Responsibilities Source and procure maritime equipment, spare parts, and supplies Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers Process purchase orders and track deliveries Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance Coordinate with technical and operations teams on procurement needs Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budgets What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or related field 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in shipping or maritime industry Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment What We Offer Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities in a growing company Exposure to fleet expansion and regional operations Supportive team environment Location: Singapore Eligibility: All candidates may apply Interested candidates, please send your CV to hr@emarisshipping.com .
