Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders across APAC and EMEA, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and culture initiatives that enable sustainable business growth. You will work closely with your HR Business Partner peer in the Americas to ensure global alignment of HR policies, programs, and culture initiatives while adapting them appropriately for APAC and EMEA. As a trusted advisor to regional and functional leaders, you will provide strategic and operational HR support, helping to build a high‑performing, engaged, and values‑driven organization across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering Be a trusted advisor on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on team performance and people-related matters, including performance, development and change. Support executive leadership discussions with HR insights and recommendations. Influence regional people strategies by providing data-driven insights and partnering with leaders on org design across APAC and EMEA. Measure the impact of HR initiatives using defined KPIs and people analytics to improve outcomes and refine regional people strategies across APAC and EMEA. Organizational Development & Talent Management Lead regional talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring robust pipelines for critical roles. Support career development frameworks and internal mobility programs. Design and coordinate leadership development and manager capability-building programs. Partner with leaders to identify critical talent and retention strategies. HR Policy, Compliance & Employee Relations Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures across APAC and EMEA ensuring alignment with other offices. . Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR best practices. Partner with leadership on risk mitigation and governance matters. Lead and oversee employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances) Coach managers to handle issues effectively and consistently Collaborate side‑by‑side with the HR Business Partner based in the Americas to align global HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives, balancing global consistency with local legal and cultural requirements. Act as a regional champion for global HR programs, ensuring consistent adoption, communication, and feedback loops across APAC and EMEA. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Lead regular employee wellness and engagement surveys, ensuring robust design, clear communication, and high participation across diverse markets. Analyze survey results to identify key stressors, wellbeing risks, and engagement gaps, and partner with leaders to implement targeted interventions and track progress over time. Support employee recognition, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Track and report engagement, wellness, and culture metrics, ensuring action plans are regularly reviewed and updated based on data and business outcomes.
