Job Summary Join our biomedical team as a Business Executive supporting operations, customer engagement, quality control, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities Manage daily business operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows Coordinate quality-related activities and documentation with internal teams, manufacturers, and partners to ensure product standards Track and follow up on action items to facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain accurate project and quality records Prepare business documents including quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and sales reports to support sales and procurement processes Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support teams to ensure timely execution of projects Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new business opportunities Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, exhibitions, and business events to enhance brand presence Monitor sales performance and compile periodic business reports and presentations for management review Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards Execute special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisors and management
