Product Engineer

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be: · Maintain ownership of engineeringdocumentation and product configurations, including bills of materials,specifications, and part number setup aligned with internal and externalstandards · Partner with Manufacturing to achieve targetyield rates, quality standards, and cost objectives · Identify, evaluate, and implementopportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements · Provide technical expertise and productsupport to global Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and customers · Test, troubleshoot, and analyze productperformance and failures to ensure compliance with specifications · Develop innovative, practical solutions thataddress customer requirements within constraints such as low-power mixed signaldesign and hazardous environments Who You Are: You create a plan and outlinefor various audiences. You encourage open dialogue to discuss alternativeperspectives. You engage frontline employees for input and evaluate their bestideas. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas andteams. You evaluate feedback and make necessary adjustments. For This Role, You Will Need: · Solid knowledge of electronics and stronganalytical problem-solving skills to interpret designs, specifications,standards, and product data · Ability to think creatively and contributeinnovative ideas that improve product performance and reliability · Strong attention to detail with a disciplinedapproach to documentation and data accuracy · Hands-on experience working with electronictest equipment and various through-hole and surface-mount components · Effective written and verbal communicationskills to collaborate with cross-functional teams · Familiarity with mechanical and pneumaticsystems Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart: · Engineering degree in Electronic or Electricaldiscipline with three years or more of experience in electronic/electricalproduct support.
