Pest Control Supervisor

Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor Company: Eminent Pest Control Pte. Ltd. Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview Eminent Pest Control Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our operations team and ensure the delivery of high-quality pest management services to residential, commercial, F&B, and industrial clients. The successful candidate will supervise technicians, manage daily operations, maintain service quality standards, and ensure compliance with NEA regulations and company SOPs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily pest control operations. Lead a team of technicians and ensure proper deployment of manpower. Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations. Handle client enquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups. Train and mentor technicians on pest identification, treatment methods, safety procedures, and customer service. Ensure all treatments are carried out according to NEA regulations and company SOPs. Prepare service reports, inspection findings, and corrective action plans. Monitor service quality, productivity, and technicians' performance. Coordinate scheduling, route planning, and emergency pest control requests. Maintain inventory of chemicals, equipment, PPE, and service materials. Support sales and operations teams in site assessments and quotations when required. Ensure workplace safety and proper use of pest control equipment and chemicals. Requirements Minimum 3 years of pest control industry experience. Possess valid NEA Pest Control Technician/Worker Licence. Experience in supervising field technicians is preferred. Good knowledge of general pests, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, and bedbugs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence preferred. Able to work independently and manage multiple sites. Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
