Eminet is Aruba PLATINUM Partner and Huawei GOLDPartner Network Engineer (L2&L3 Support)(based in Singapore) Scope ofresponsibility Plan improvement and suggest solutions to reduce network faults Plan, prioritise and execute planned maintenance on network to support network growth, addresssoftware/hardware defects Manage and proactively monitor network for optimum network performance Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement andcapacity management Monitor and resolve issues related to network Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required Installation, configuration, commissioning, tech support of Wireless, Networking, Firewall Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for wireless, networking, security, andincorporation them into new products for sales Provide level 2, Level 3 support Requirement Diploma in Electrical /Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems froma recognized institution In-depth Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches architecture Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in technical configuration & troubleshooting of Huawei, Cisco, or Aruba Data Centre switches, wireless, and Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewalls Good troubleshooting skills Good customer interaction, written and oral communication skills Ability to work with all levels, and ability to work and contribute in a team or individually
