Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive The Gift Expert is a leading corporate gifting and merchandising company that helps businesses strengthen relationships through thoughtfully curated gifts, branded merchandise, promotional products, employee appreciation programmes, and customised gift solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for 3 to 4 ambitious, driven, and relationship-focused individuals to join our growing Corporate Sales & Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, presenting ideas, and helping clients find creative gifting solutions. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to build a career in B2B sales, we provide the training and support needed to develop your skills in corporate sales, business development, and account management. As a Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new business opportunities, conducting cold calls and client outreach, introducing our corporate gifting and merchandise solutions, understanding clients' branding and campaign objectives, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on enquiries, negotiating opportunities, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. You will also support The Gift Expert's expansion into retail merchandising by working with theme parks, tourist attractions, museums, hotels, resorts, lifestyle brands, and destination retailers to develop customised souvenir collections, retail-ready merchandise, and exclusive gift products. Working closely with our internal teams and supplier network, you will coordinate product recommendations, sourcing, sampling, artwork approvals, pricing, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure every project is delivered smoothly and exceeds client expectations. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, events management, event organising, hospitality, tourism, retail, marketing, client servicing, project coordination, or customer relationship management will have an advantage, as these experiences translate well into understanding client expectations, managing multiple projects, coordinating timelines, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in organising corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, or marketing activations is an added bonus, as many corporate gifting projects are closely aligned with events, product launches, employee engagement initiatives, and client appreciation programmes.
