Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors. 5.5 days - Central Site Attractive welfare benefits Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities Prepare and develop 3D BIM models, shop drawings, construction sequencing models, clash detection reports, and as-built models. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for coordination and project execution. Coordinate BIM workflows to ensure project alignment and efficiency. Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements. Ensure BIM deliverables comply with required Level of Development (LOD) standards Ensure compliance with Singapore authority requirements, including Building and Construction Authority (BCA), HDB BIM requirements, and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) standards. Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and model integration. Support site construction activities using BIM information and model coordination. Maintain proper document control systems and ensure accurate project documentation management. Requirements Familiar with Autodesk Revit (Structural and Architectural train), Navisworks and/ or AutoCAD.
