Contracts Manager (QS) / West-5 Days/ Up To $11.5K

$7,000 - $11,500 +AWS & Bonus 5 days (9am - 6pm) | Location: Joo Koon (1 bus stop or 7mins walk from Joo Koon MRT) A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. Review contract documents and prepare cost estimates for tender submissions. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts, updating projections as required. Administer contract progress claims, subcontractor payments and variation orders. Evaluate and resolve contractual claims, including extensions of time (EOT) and additional cost claims. Independently manage and deliver large-scale projects from inception to completion. Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract administration. Formulate procurement strategies that align with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities in procurement processes Evaluate and select suppliers based on capabilities and past performance Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors while ensuring compliance.
