Job Summary Endo seeks Retail Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers in selecting curtains and blinds, enhancing their home décor experience. Responsibilities Deliver attentive customer service to in-store and phone customers to ensure a positive shopping experience Guide customers in selecting curtains and blinds that fit their needs and budget by explaining product features and benefits Respond accurately to customer inquiries about products, installation processes, and financing options to support informed decisions Complete sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate customer account records Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment Engage actively in product training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and improve sales skills Preferred competencies and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home décor or window furnishings Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Availability for 5.5 working days per week (Sunday or Saturday off plus half a weekday off) Other Information Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic industry Collaborative and supportive team environment Location 3 Guillemard Road S399684 To apply, please send your resume and cover letter to hr@endogrilles.com.
