Project Engineer (Healthcare)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing building and M&E projects, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities: Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and updates to ensure timely execution. Coordinate deployment of team members to maintain workflow efficiency across multiple sites. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to refine project timelines and resolve operational challenges. Manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are properly filed, updated, and accessible. Prepare and submit quotations, invoices, and other project-related paperwork. Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with WSH regulations during maintenance and site works. Support project meetings and provide updates to management and clients. Perform other ad hoc assignments as required to support project success. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in building, mechanical, or electrical project coordination. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams. Good safety mindset with demonstrated WSH awareness and behavior. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Willing to travel across multiple work sites within Singapore.
