Principal Engineer (Pe)

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in engineering design, statutory compliance, project management, and team leadership across civil and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contribute to organizational operations, and participate in strategic management initiatives while delivering quality engineering solutions in compliance with Singapore standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage civil, structural, and related engineering design works • Review and coordinate engineering calculations, technical drawings, and design documentation • Oversee statutory submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore authority requirements including BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, and LTA • Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control • Lead, mentor, and guide Engineers and engineering team members • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and relevant stakeholders • Participate in company-level operational planning and management initiatives • Support continuous improvement in engineering processes, project delivery, and technical standards Job Requirements • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, registerable as a Singapore Professional Engineer (PE) • Strong experience in civil and structural engineering design and project management • Familiar with Singapore engineering practices, statutory submissions, and authority requirements • BIM knowledge and/or experience will be an added advantage • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Broad engineering perspective with sound technical and practical judgement • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as lead teams effectively Why Join Us? • Opportunity to take on leadership and management responsibilities • Exposure to diverse and challenging engineering projects • Professional development and long-term career growth opportunities • Collaborative and dynamic working environment • Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience
