Job Description - Financial Accounting & Corporate Services Executive / Senior Executive Role Overview: This position will manage a portfolio of designated Clients who require our services. Responsibilities: Financial Accounting and Taxation: · Bookkeeping and GST reporting · Payroll processing · Preparation of Financial Statements · Tax computation and Tax return Filing · Other relevant accounting functions Corporate Secretarial Support: · Incorporation of Companies · Preparation of corporate resolutions and minutes of general meetings · Maintenance of statutory secretary file · ACRA statutory filing · Other relevant corporate secretarial tasks What to expect: · Learn core competencies in Financial Accounting, Taxation and Corporate Secretarial Services · Proper performance appraisal and career development program · Work-life balanced environment. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accountancy and / or finance. 0-4 years relevant work experience. · Interested to develop a career in accounting and corporate secretarial services. You can accumulate your practical experience via Accredited Training Organisation under Singapore CA Qualification Programme (ISCA), Approved Employer - Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA), and Authorised Training Employer (ICAEW).
