It offers precision lithography, mold fabrication for nanoimprint lithography, and injection molding, serving biomedical microfluidic and photonics device markets. Job Summary You will operate and manage daily activities in an 8" wafer fabrication facility, working closely with engineers to support process troubleshooting and ensure quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and manage daily wafer fabrication processes to maintain smooth production flow Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve process issues to minimize downtime Conduct quality control metrology and perform detailed quality checks to ensure product standards Communicate effectively with team members to support coordinated manufacturing efforts Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve production goals Preferred competencies and qualifications ITE Diploma in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering/Maintenance, or related discipline; or High School Diploma with relevant manufacturing technician experience Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles Analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing challenges Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support teamwork
