Site-Based M&E Coordinator

Job Title: Site-Based M&E Coordinator Project Scope: Landmark Developments & LTA Projects Salary: Up to $6,400 SGD (Depending on experience) Job Description & Responsibilities: Assist the M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating all M&E services to ensure completion within the programme. Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to execute mechanical and electrical works, ensuring progress remains on schedule. Supervise day-to-day site works and the overall progress of M&E works. Conduct detailed M&E coordination with consultants, specialist contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any technical or site issues. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors. Ensure contractors comply with all relevant standards, codes of practice, safety regulations, and that M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings. Attend site meetings with consultants. Inform the Project Director / Project Manager of any technical or site problems pertaining to M&E works. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Min 3-5 years experience in Main Contractor for large scale LTA/Building projects Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality Registration No. R26162007 EA License No. 25S3022
