Job Summary This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with B2B clients in the construction and interior design industry. You will actively engage contractors, interior designers, and renovation companies through field visits, relationship building, and professional product presentations to generate and close sales. Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within construction, renovation, and interior design sectors to expand market presence Conduct client visits to contractors, interior designers, and main contractors to understand project requirements and promote product solutions Build and sustain strong long-term client relationships by delivering consistent value and support Present tailored product solutions and provide recommendations aligned with client project needs Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up on sales opportunities to advance the sales pipeline Negotiate pricing and contract terms effectively to close deals and maximize revenue Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through strategic sales execution Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress Collaborate closely with internal operations, logistics, and marketing teams to support seamless project execution and content creation Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales Legal right to work in Singapore Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in flooring…
