WriteHaus Asia is inviting applications for a 6-month Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Trainee Programme for candidates who want to build real experience in social media, marketing, podcasting, content creation, storytelling, digital platforms, offline visibility and campaign execution. Social Media - Content Creation & Marketing You will support the planning, coordination and rollout of social media content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for both OpenHaus and WriteHaus Asia. This includes helping the team turn content ideas into published posts, reels, articles and short-form videos, while supporting day-to-day tasks such as captions, uploads, scheduling and platform checks. The role will also involve observing trends, audience reactions and content formats that can help improve reach and engagement. You will be involved in how social media calendars, platform strategies and content rollouts are planned, executed, reviewed and improved as part of wider marketing and brand-building efforts. 2. Podcast - Production and Episode Marketing You will support the marketing and rollout of OpenHaus podcast episodes, from guest research and topic development to social media planning and content promotion. This includes helping the team identify strong audience angles, episode hooks and campaign ideas that can make each episode more relevant, engaging and shareable. The role will also involve supporting filming days through behind-the-scenes content, guest marketing materials and social media capture. You will help coordinate episode marketing assets such as teasers, snippets, captions, thumbnails and posting schedules, while supporting the release of each episode across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms. Through this, you will be part of how a podcast episode is packaged, marketed and distributed to build visibility, audience growth and brand value. 3. Marketing - Partnerships and Commercial Opportunities You will be involved in coming up with marketing plans and strategies for both WriteHaus Asia and OpenHaus. This includes supporting monthly marketing planning across campaign ideas, content angles, platform focus, audience growth, partnership opportunities and commercial visibility. For OpenHaus, this includes supporting the marketing of each episode through clear launch angles, teaser ideas, social media pushes, guest-led promotion, post-release content and audience engagement efforts. You will also help identify partnership and commercial opportunities around OpenHaus episodes. This may include brand collaborations, guest-related tie-ins, sponsorship leads, community partnerships, event extensions and revenue opportunities that can add value beyond content alone.
