Job Highlights · Leadership role with strategic impact · Friendly and collaborative culture · Attractive remuneration package with partnership potential · Modern open-concept office near MRT stations · Opportunities for continuous professional development · Work-life balance with 5-day work week · Prospects for overseas engagements post-travel restrictions · Inclusive, understanding management and dynamic environment · High level of autonomy and decision-making influence · Strong support team to manage audit operations Responsibilities · Provide leadership and strategic direction for the audit practice · Manage a portfolio of key clients and deliver exceptional audit services · Oversee PCAOB and IPO audit engagements and ensure regulatory compliance · Maintain and develop strong client relationships while building new business opportunities · Oversee quality assurance and ensure full compliance with professional and regulatory standards · Guide and mentor audit teams to develop technical excellence (e.g., SFRS, IFRS, US GAAP, ACRA, PCAOB) · Participate actively in firm-wide leadership, operational planning, and growth initiatives · Lead technical discussions on complex accounting and auditing matters · Drive innovation and continuous improvement in audit methodology and practice management Requirements · Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) · At least 10 years of progressive experience in external audit · Proven track record in client management and business development · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and sound judgment · Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead audit teams effectively · Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and commercial acumen Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
